The Beginning: Creation & Those that Started It All

Since the first human was born, there have been stories to tell. Some have been about how he came about and others about the world around him. From Greeks to Sumerian to Indians back around to Japanese there have been civilizations that have built there lives and history around the myths they believe. This culture is no different, with more mystery and epic stories than other cultures around at the time, the Lostasians “lost race” believed in great power, immortality, and wrote stories about their conflicts, love, & time of peace. But like all cultures, the Lostasian Myths couldn't exist without a place to call home so that the mythology could live and grow into the current world. With little knowledge of the mysterious place, some religions speak of this world just beyond the western world as a knowledgeable yet sometimes malevolent place. This place is known to the Lostasians as Lostasia which to many people who are familiar to early western civilizations means “the Lost Race”. The original name of this race is unknown because of lost translated scripts. One script most noticeably called the “Trankit” meaning “what is not known shall remain” brings a general idea of how this race lived and give a brief idea of how the land looked. One idea also leads that this island city was located somewhere near Australia because of man maid bridge found near the eastern side of Australia that connected to a once man made structure. On this structure a piece of letters were found but because of this mysterious language it has yet been revealed what it says. But because of similar drawings found in Lostasian scrolls it has been discussed that the two share identities. The “Trankit” describes Lostasia as a place of magnificent beauty with towers erecting as high as mountains, beautiful forests that were guarded by ancient spirits, and the smartest race of humans in existence. Most buildings were constructed of rock and an unknown mineral called back then as the Molke, a rock that resembles steel but it feels like pure diamond. Some buildings were made of crystals with glass like structures that were thougth to protect the Lostasians. The Lostasians were scientist, writers, and sculptures and their enemies was Atlantis. But like all major religions they were not without their own legends, some major and others minor in importance. In its streets there were candles lit to guide spirits to the ends of roads, to many Lostasians they believed that spirits called the Gomish where living amongst them in various forms but they only appeared at night to protect the streets from demonic entities known as the Crosh that came to our world through gateways found at the end of streets. But besides the spirits and demonic souls of Lostasia lived many inventors and great scholars that sung stories of love, tragedy, and epic proportions. One particular inventor Nackson was mention in over 100 stories, he was tall, white bearded, and very sensitive to nature. It was believed by many northern Lostasians that his mother was Mother Nature herself. His past states him as being very creative, in his childhood he presented the first club, sword, and gloves. In his teenage years he created tall pillars that could keep buildings from falling into the ground because of earthquakes or as he called “Mother's Anger Spells”. In his adult years he created many objects but one most known would be the first chariot for mankind, the gods saw this gift and abducted him as their own blacksmith in which he created them a chariot of gold and silver found in the middle eastern part of the world. On his voyages there he met a scholar by the name of Anme of he later introduced to the Lostasians and became their author writing their many tells and writing many books that were mentioned in later stories. In the meantime, why Anme remain with the Lostasians writing their every move, Nackson watched over the race from the heavens. As he silently cried over his life there, Pikes, God of Fire & Blacksmith amongst the Gods said he would return him only if he would serve 100 years as his assistant. Knowing of time in the heavens were not the same on Earth, Nackson agreed and once his time in the heavens were over he return to Earth but to his surprise the world has changed and Lostasia has grown. Only 50 years has past in his absence and to make up for his time away, Nackson advise the gods to remove him away this time for good as the world has started to change in ways he wish not to be apart of. For his granted wish, Pikes brought the mortal back to his layer and gave him immortality where he lived the remaining of eternity as his assistant. But Nackson & Anme were only figures of the third century there were many many more as your going to read about in the oncoming chapters. In other parts of Lostasia were great cities, villages, and some parts of the forests were well known because of great people and creatures living in those places. The Omki were a group of tree deities that lived with a race of people called the Geni who believed the trees were their protectors and guides. The Geni were seen as a hardworking class of people who existed just to build and live in complete silence away from the rest of the world. There home was Genitorie was located in the upper western part of Lostasia. The Omki were not just protectors but they were teachers, when in mortal form they could appear young or old with great knowledge of the world around them. They served as the first teachers speaking in the original Lostasian language, a language much similar to have either been influence by or the original form of Latin. Other parts of island were tribes that were foul and believed in the order of power as their salvation. Ble' was a small city with a ruler by the name of Cao who would judge those based on their heritage. Whenever a citizen did wrong they would be punished more so if they were poor or came from a less than fortunate heritage than his own who all were great kings and queens. Cao himself would later be castrated for mis judgment of a silent prince of a nearby city named Ako. Ako was a beautiful city that was east of Ble', south of Ho, north of Su', and west of Lostasia's capital Comrage. It lit up at night with candles the size of giant statues and statues representing their protector spirits, the Holdreen. The Holdreen were spirits who protected the coastal cities, Ho, Su', and Comrage from harm, they appeared as tall shape shifting demonic looking trolls that were often ill tempered to those outside of the four major cities. Ho was a powerful city and one of the 9 major cities in Lostasia. It was not as beautiful as others but was home to the Hoins who created gold coins with silver outlining which were used as ancient currency for buying things in Lostasia. Su' was one of the 9 major cities known for its beautiful lakes, Conji, Pearl, Diamond, & Crystal Lakes. Also called the Lake City, Su' was home to founders of the pearl, diamond, and crystals from that they name their lakes after. Comrage was the previous capital of Lostasia before Lostasians elected a new city as their capital. It was originally chosen because it was known as a trading post for other territories around the world, located at its eastern edge were large banks of ships and a massive bridge called the “Olki”. A bridge that connected now Australia, the bridge was so long and big that it was stated that the journey would take about 10 days to across. The new capital was the largest city in Lostasia and it was named Simi Lostasia. Simi Lostasia was so big that it took up most of the island, if measured it would be the size of Australia itself making Lostasia about the size of Africa. About 200 villages and neighborhoods were in it and only about 25 cities surrounded it. Its major import locations were the Black Market which lied in its center along with its City Meeting Grounds. The Court Yards, Judgment Center, & Worship Temples were all along the outer coasts. Along the southern part of the city were 2 rivers, Colgi & Temple which both served as a major import for fish and minerals. Other cities existed but these were the more popular ones. Now left to tell about the island was its high mention of several temples erected around the island. These temples were named the Alti Khani giant homes of the once powerful God of Destruction & Chaos Khani. Other great places were the Mt. Punukien which was home to King Barbas and it stood at the highest peak in Lostasia. At its surface lied several cities like World Town a place known for its metal and steel, Cober Village a place with a vast community of farms and plantations, and Sillage Villa a known for its thousands of neighborhoods.
